System architecture The system can easily be set up in any sport venue. Simply connect a computer to a projector with at least 4000 ANSI lumen and to a scoreboard using a VGA cable. You will notice the difference immediately!

Software configuration You can choose amongst a series of options to improve the service for the spectators. You can choose the colors, which statistics you want to show, change the language and the back ground. Advanced options are available to manage automatic actions during time outs and end sets.

Managing images and videos manually With DV Scoreboard you can manually manage multimedia entertaining events. Images and videos can be selected and displayed at any time to meet spectators needs. You can decide where you want to display the banner in the screen or if you want to activate the statistics of the players and view them in full screen mode.

Preliminary operations The first thing to do is enter the team line ups in the relevant window. Click on Set match and enter the names of the players for both teams. You can associate two photos for each player, one for the lineup and one for the presentation.

Team presentation You can associate a customized image to each player and setup a multimedia presentation to involve your supporters. You could, for example, display the team line up on the scoreboard at the start of every set.

Full screen statistics With a simple local connection to the computer of the scout man that uses Data Volley, you can receive, in real time, the individual statistics, automatically displayed at the end of each rally, the team statistics, the points of the players and the complete statistics.

Managing advertising space This is the core of DV Scoreboard. Your partner will always be present! The spectator will be able to view the score on the scoreboard but also the logos of the sponsors allowing you to suggest customized offers reducing printing costs. Fixed advertising sections are places on the bottom left hand corner of the panel and rotating adverts can be placed on the bottom right hand corner. Specific buttons will allow you to interact with the public displaying full screen adverts, logos and other useful information from your commercial partners during time outs, or in-between sets.

Television braodcast Specific rallies can be replayed by connecting the computer using DV Scoreboard to the video signal of the local television broadcast (a specific key controlled by the DV Scoreboard user will switch between the video image and the scoreboard image).

Integration with e-Scoresheet and Data Volley Data Volley allows the statistics to be sent to the program in real time. Each rally will appear on the board allowing the spectators to interact. The program can automatically be connected to e-Scoresheet, the electronic match scoresheet in order to keep the score updated in real time. Connecting Scoreboard to Data Volley and e-Scoresheet guarantees a correct and immediate score.

Manual scoreboard DV Scoreboard can also work in a manual mode should you chose to use it in minor championships where the use of e-Scoresheet is not required. You can manage the scoreboard in the relevant section, by updating the score, adding time outs and substitutions for each team. Needless to say you can always use the software as its full potential, for example to view statistics, manage advertising space, etc.

You can easy install DV Scoreboard in every venue arena. You  just need:

• one or more big screen (at least 4m x 3m)
• one or more projectors (minimum 4000 ANSI lumen)
• Connection between PC and projectors
